I’ve been told that your physical condition changes after you turn 40, but I never believed it.But what my elders say is often correct.
If I sleep less than 7 hours, I feel tired after 12 hours of waking up.
Work that requires ideas and thinking is best done right after waking up. Even then, the limit is about three hours after waking up.
Work is also more efficient after a nap. After all, humans become less efficient when they work for a long time.
In order to be productive, we need to sleep no matter what we are doing.
